Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss: 

  1. We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. 

  1. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. 

Damage due to Freight or Shipping:

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery. Please contact us at: 704-275-8715  or email our Customer Service Department at hello@cannaaidshop.com. When you contact us, please provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include your order number and a full description of the damages to the product. 


Our Shipping times:

After we print your order invoice, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, indicating that your invoice has been printed! Typically, our shipping team takes only 1-5 business days to carefully select and package your order for dispatch. You can anticipate your items arriving within approximately 3-10 business days afterward. If any products are out of stock, we will keep you informed about any delays as we await their availability. Please note that
processing times may vary based on the volume of orders and can be slightly
impacted by weekends and holidays. We appreciate your understanding!

Didn’t receive your package? Here’s what to do next:

To begin, please reach out to our customer service team via email at
Orders@ahdist.com if your package has been in transit for 7 business days
without any updates. You can check the tracking status to view the dates and
locations where the package was scanned, indicating its movement. If there are
no updates within those 7 business days, or if the package shows as delivered
but you haven't received it, the next step is to file a claim.

Filling the claim:

We offer Route production services for your package, providing an added layer
of security and peace of mind during transit. If you choose to utilize Route
production for your shipment, please note that filing a claim in the event of an
issue is a straightforward process. Here are the detailed steps to successfully
